4. Product Availability

Makinos delivers orders to supported locations in India, subject to courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly made.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances such as:

Cancellation requests received after dispatch may not be accepted where the shipment cannot reasonably be stopped.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

If Makinos cancels an order due to stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, or another operational issue, any payment due for refund will be returned.

Nothing in this section limits statutory cancellation or refund rights.

11. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Makinos primarily sells packaged food products.

Due to food safety, freshness, and hygiene considerations, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or personal taste preferences after products have been delivered in good condition.

However, customers may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or another appropriate remedy when products are:

Damaged during delivery
Defective
Expired upon delivery
Incorrectly supplied
Missing from the order
Materially different from their advertised description
Otherwise subject to a remedy under applicable law

Customers are encouraged to report delivery-related issues promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with their order number and relevant evidence.

Valid statutory claims are not automatically excluded because they are reported after this preferred period.
